| Ingredients: |
4-5 chicken breasts 1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup 1 pint of sour cream 2 Tbs. Poppy seeds 1 stick butter 1 sleeve Ritz crackers |
| Instructions: | Boil chicken, let cool and cut into cubes. Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix crackers, poppyseed, and melted butter. Grease 2-Qt casserole dish. Place chicken in bottom. Top with ½ of soup mixture and top with half of cracker mixture. Put remaining soup mixture on top of the crackers and then the rest of the cracker mixture. |
| Baking: | Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
| Notes: | I usually double recipe and put it in a 9X13 inch casserole dish. I always use Cream of Chicken soup. |
