Singing

Childrens' Choirs: Joyful Noise Singers & Singers of Glory 4 yrs-5th grade Director: Steven Inghram	Rehearsals on Sunday mornings after church until 11:00a. A great introduction to music, the children perform at worship services throughout the year. Practice your music: Be a Candle of Hope Oh Come Little Children
KIC Chorus 6th–12th grade Director: Ginny Lockwood	Rehearsals Sunday from 12:00-1:30 in the Music Room. The Kids In Christ Chorus is a contemporary vocal group for middle and high school students which sings both at Elam and also travels around the region each year on their annual KIC Tour. Their programs include dramatic short skits and music. *
Jubilate Choir Adults Director: Angela DeMarro	Rehearsals on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 in the Music Room. Jubilate Choir sings most Sundays at the 9:30 worship service.
Morning Star Singers Adults Director: Dianne Forwood	Rehearsals on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 6:45 to 7:45 pm in the Music Room. Morning Stars sing gospel music to taped accompaniment. No reading of music is necessary.
Voice Ensembles All Ages	A variety of vocal combos perform for worship services comprised of guests and members of the congregation. Elam's men's quartet 4 His Glory sings in worship and in the community.

Hallelujah Ringers Hand Bell Choir Adults Director: Lil Stanton	The Hallelujah Ringers are looking for new players! Can you read music? Can you count? It's as easy as that! Please stop by a rehearsal and try it out. Any ding-a-ling can do it! Rehearsals on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 9:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
Flute Ensemble All ages Director: Steven Inghram	Periodic rehearsals in the Music Room as scheduled. The Flute Ensemble performs periodically during worship services
Instrumental Ensembles All Ages Director: various	Periodic rehearsals determined by availability of the group. A variety of instrumental groups play periodically for worship services including a flute ensemble and brass ensemble.

Liturgical Dance All ages Director: Darlene Boose	Periodic rehearsals as needed. This group performs several liturgical dances during the year.
Visual Arts 6th-12th grade Director: Judith Palmer	Meetings as needed for various projects. The art group creates many support items throughout the year including programs, cards, and bulletins plus major projects like classroom and hallway murals.
A/V Group 6th-12th grade Director: Rodger Stahl	Meetings as needed for various projects. The AV group is for youth (and some adults) that are technically-minded to help support the technological needs of the other church groups.
